What an incredible caring staff at Family Physical Therapy! Their workouts are on point and they take their time with patients allowing one to understand each exercise. They are patient with the questions I have and liked I was given a copy of exercises I needed to do at home. Having just moved to the area, I know I found a top notch Physical Therapy office ! Check them out - you won’t be disappointed 💪🏻

Emily was my PT for two separate issues I was having, one being a lower back/upper glute pain that kept recurring. I had been to a different physical therapy clinic for this same issue and the difference in care from there to Family Physical Therapy was insane. The receptionists are welcoming, the space is always clean and everyone is super friendly. Emily specifically is so knowledgeable and I felt truly heard by her when expressing my concerns and pain. She constantly checked in on me even when I was doing her treatment plan guided by the amazing PT aides. Emily is a life-saver, and i’m eternally grateful to have her as my PT. My pain is now gone and I can lift weights and go about my normal routine like before. This clinics appointment availability is amazing compared to other clinics! I would recommend Family Physical Therapy to everyone, the staff truly cares about their patients and are so motivating to help you get better.

Emily is my hero. I herniated a disc in my low back May of 2024, because of health insurance idiocracy it took me until October 2024 to finally get into Physical Therapy. In June, my insurance tried to send me to PT in Woodland before having an MRI to confirm the issue, who did not do any diagnostics on me, barely asked a couple questions and deduced that it was a sciatic injury. Even after being told that I do not have pain in my sciatic and the doctor’s insight that it’s a herniated disc, he refused to treat it. I never went back. I searched through all the PTs covered by my insurance and that were excepting new clients and am honestly blessed I found Family PT. Emily had just started at this location but you could not tell at all. She was confident from the jump and extremely empathic towards my situation. She is intelligent about the body and genuinely wants to help you feel better. Since working with her in October, I went from 7/10 pain every single day and not being able to workout to an average of 3/10 pain and slowly back to lifting again. As an athlete, it was horribly tough mentally and emotionally to not be able to participate the activities I love. I had lost hope that I would get any help or progress at all. Emily not only restored my hope but helped me train for my first snowboarding lessons, something I had never thought I would be able to do after this injury. 5 stars isn’t enough!

I've been to 4 physical therapists, and this is hands down my favorite place. The women at the front desk are all lovely and helpful, even when it's busy--and it does get quite busy and packed on certain days. Brett is an amazing therapist who clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience. What I appreciated most was his willingness to listen--actually listen!-- and adjust my exercises to best fit what my body needed. As someone with hypermobility, focusing on stretching or doing the typical, by-the-book, 3 sets of 10 reps was detrimental to my progress; and where some PTs would dismiss me, Brett acknowledged this and adjusted my exercises as I needed. He also had so many suggestions of ways I could modify exercises to help with my proprioception issues. I think I would not have made as much progress in my surgery recovery without him.
